TOURING PARK TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

You are not required to book in advance, but it is recommended to avoid disappointment. However, we will accept ‘drive by’ customers when there is space.

Telephone bookings can be made at any time during normal office hours (09.00 – 17.00). If the office is unmanned, please leave a message on the answer machine, stating your name, contact details and what you require. The message should be clear, and will be dealt with as soon as is possible. If we don’t get back to you, it will be because we have not understood the number.

Due to the possibility of another Lockdown (local or national), no deposits will be taken. Payment in full will be taken on the morning of your arrival. A Booking confirmation email will be sent, along with the current Covid-19 Procedures for your accepted booking(s).

All bookings are only valid once terms have been agreed and a confirmation email has been sent.

The management reserve the right to refuse any booking which they consider unacceptable.

GROUPS
Unfortunately, groups are not normally accepted. If it is apparent you are a group, but you booked individually, then you may be asked to leave.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to your arrival, after which a £10.00 admin fee will be charged. Cancellations made within 7 days prior to your arrival or you don’t turn up will require full payment to be made. This will be taken from the card you made the booking with. If suitable, a credit note will be offered. We strongly advise that if there is any chance you may cancel within the stated time frames, that you take out any relevant holiday/travel insurance.

ARRIVALS
You can arrive no earlier than 14.00 on the day of your booking and should aim to arrive before 17.00 where possible. Arrivals will not normally be acepted after 19.00. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you will arrive after 19.00, e.g. you are delayed due to traffic or a breakdown, please let us know as soon as possible. Ideally, Please check in first and then go for something to eat or sight-seeing.

PLEASE NOTE
Unless by prior arrangement, pitches will be available from 14.00 on the day of arrival and we ask that you vacate your pitch by 11.00am on the day of departure.

We welcome well behaved dogs onto our site, but they must be kept on a lead (where applicable) and under control at all times.

All visitors are requested to read through the “Park Rules” on arrival and follow them during their stay.
