TOURING PARK TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
You are not required to book in advance, but it is recommended to avoid disappointment.
Telephone bookings can be made at any time during normal office hours (09.00 - 17.00). If the office is unmanned, please leave a message on the answer machine, stating your name, contact details and what you require. The message should be clear and will be dealt with as soon as is possible.
Provisional bookings will be considered cancelled if not confirmed within 7 days.
A deposit of 10% or £10.00 (whichever is the greater) will be required upon confirmation of a booking. For peak times (Bank Holidays, Weekends, Christmas and New Year etc.), payment in full may be required on confirmation of booking.
If required, a confirmation letter can be sent for your accepted booking/s. The management reserve the right to refuse any booking which they consider unacceptable.
Groups (including Corporate, School, Large Family, and all-male/all-female) are only accepted by prior arrangement.
Cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to your arrival, after which deposits become non-refundable. If suitable, these can be carried on to a future date (like a credit note).
If you arrive after our Reception is closed, please follow the instructions displayed in the Reception door window. If you know you will not be arriving before 17.00, please let us know in advance.
Unless by prior arrangement, pitches will be available from 13.00 on the day of arrival and we ask that you vacate your pitch by 11.00am on the day of departure.
We welcome well behaved dogs onto our site, but they must be kept on a lead (where applicable) and under control at all times.
All visitors are requested to read through the "Park Rules" on arrival and follow them during their stay.
